Innowater Controllers Warranty:

  • 3 years warranty on labour and parts at our facilities.
  • Warranty not valid in the event of faults not attributable to the product (blows, accident, misuse, incorrect connection).
  • Any product that has been tampered with will lose the warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover travel costs.
  • The customer will bear the transport costs to our facilities. If the equipment is under warranty, Innowater will return it to the address free of charge.
