Innowater products are designed and manufactured to strict quality standards to ensure reliable and long-lasting performance. Below are the terms and conditions governing the warranty for our equipment, as well as the applicable coverage, limitations and procedures for its correct management.
Terms and conditions
Domestic Salt Chlorinator
- 3-year warranty on labour and parts at our facilities.
- Warranty not valid for faults not attributable to the product (impact, accident, misuse, incorrect connection).
- Any product that has been tampered with will void the warranty.
- The warranty does not cover call-out charges.
- The customer is responsible for transport to our facilities. If the equipment is under warranty, Innowater will return it at no cost to the address provided.
Industrial Salt Chlorinator
- 3-year warranty on labour and parts at our facilities.
