  • 3-year warranty on labour and parts at our facilities.
  • Warranty not valid for faults not attributable to the product (impact, accident, misuse, incorrect connection).
  • Any product that has been tampered with will void the warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover call-out charges.
  • The customer is responsible for transport to our facilities. If the equipment is under warranty, Innowater will return it at no cost to the address provided.
