Installation Needs
The facility features a semi-Olympic size pool (25 x 12.5 m) and another smaller one. These indoor pools need to ensure the highest water quality in a safe environment, free from strong chlorine odors, and offering a pleasant and healthy swimming experience for all bathers.
To achieve this, the Galapagar city council relied on Innowater’s technology and Veolia Lecam Services, a company specializing in comprehensive solutions for sports and recreational infrastructures, responsible for installing the various equipment.

In the main pool, a high-capacity SMC-H 500 salt chlorinator has been installed, ensuring effective disinfection and simplified maintenance thanks to the support of Innowater’s specialized technical service. This equipment, designed for large pools, guarantees optimal water quality and trouble-free operation, reinforcing the city council’s commitment to excellence and user peace of mind.
Its high-performance, sealed power supply and electronic control, along with its corrosion-resistant epoxy-finished cabinet, ensure optimal operation in demanding environments. Additionally, its backlit LCD screen and intuitive configuration interface facilitate programming and management.

The SMC-M 150 chlorinator, installed in the smaller pool, maintains exceptional water quality and facilitates maintenance across all pools in the sports complex. Furthermore, by reducing reliance on traditional chemical products, it enhances the user experience, preventing skin or eye irritations common in poorly treated pools.
Monitor Controller with Open Probe
To ensure precise pH and chlorine control and dosing at all times, two Innowater pH and chlorine monitor panels were installed, equipped with two wireless pulse pumps. The control unit and measurement probes are mounted on a methacrylate panel that allows for wall mounting with a stainless steel support. The monitor includes a 0-14 pH electrode with a BNC connector, a 0-10 ppm potentiostatic free chlorine probe, filter, sensor, flow regulator, and other necessary accessories. Each probe has 4 control outputs (4-20 mA, relay, linear radio, PWM radio) that can be programmed independently and operate simultaneously.
The dosing pumps are radio-frequency controlled and can be installed anywhere, allowing corrosive products to be kept away from sensitive electronic material. It includes a pH probe (0-14), an amperometric chlorine probe (0-10 ppm), a filter, sensor, flow regulator, and other necessary accessories. The wireless pulse pump for pH that accompanies the equipment will enable the necessary corrections, ensuring that levels are always within optimal ranges. Several configurations are available: Reading and control parameters, closed amperometric chlorine probe, etc.
